Founded in 2005, FBEYE works with owners, operators, celebrity chefs, casinos and high-net-worth individuals to create unique hotels & resorts, spa and wellness facilities, F&B venues, conference facilities, residences, casinos and airport lounges.
Combining interior architecture, FF&E, operational understanding and local insight, each commission begins with the client brief and develops its own character.

Our story
One studio, four cities and a shared commitment to creating distinctive places for people to stay, gather and create lasting memories.
FBEYE’s experienced leadership team has worked together for more than 21 years, directing design and production across Singapore, Manila, Bangkok and Indonesia. Our international hospitality and residential teams approach every commission through the client brief, shaping an individual response rather than applying a fixed house style. Drawing on backgrounds in hospitality, food and beverage, leisure and residential design, the team brings together creative ambition with the practical understanding needed to deliver spaces that work beautifully for guests and operators alike, creating timeless, award-winning interiors unique to each client’s dreams.

A graduate of Interior Architecture from Brunel University in London, Warren’s career spans Europe, Asia and beyond. After leading design at two internationally recognised hospitality consultancies, he founded FBEYE International in 2005 to explore new directions in hotel design and the evolving expectations of guests. His portfolio includes landmark work for St. Regis, Four Seasons, Westin, InterContinental and Victoria Jungfrau.

A founding team member, Hui Ling has helped shape FBEYE’s work since its first year. She leads international designers across hospitality, residential, transport and workplace projects, bringing a discerning eye to furniture, materials and new products while ensuring each interior remains coherent and distinctive.

Daniel joined FBEYE in 2015 and has contributed to residential, hotel, resort and casino projects. As a key member of the FF&E team, he focuses on proportion, detail and thoughtful material selection, helping transform concepts into polished and carefully resolved interiors.
Dominic Perez
Design Director / Production Manager

Dominic leads FBEYE’s CAD and production team. Since joining the studio in 2007, he has combined design thinking with technical rigour, guiding detailed documentation, coordinating closely with designers and ensuring that evolving project decisions are accurately carried through to delivery.
